Brian V came today on time. Cleared all the webs, dust off the house. Checked all my boxes removing dead mouse and reset the trap as well as refilled boxes. I was very pleased. He was friendly and talked to me.

Steve L. was especially helpful as he explained mosquito control. Given the method he uses, I decided I didn’t want SoBe to possibly being exposed to a toxin.

He recommended contacting the Mosquito Abatement District to look for options since they already are treating the neighborhood. Having experienced West Nile, I don’t consider mosquitos beneficial insects. No, it is not lost on me that we have pest control, largely because of rodents that find our neighborhood desirable. We minimally treat the perimeter of our house to keep them at bay.

Brian did a fantastic job with our pest control! He sprayed the front and back of our house, and by the very next day, there were piles of dead cockroaches. Whatever he used is working. We’ve never seen results this fast! My family and I are so thankful for how effective the treatment has been. Highly recommend Brian for anyone dealing with pests. He really knows what he’s doing.

Dave was able to come out the same day I called and requested an inspection. Although he was 15 minutes late he made up for it by spending the time to answer all my questions regarding chemicals to be used, processes used to get rid of termites. Official pest prevention has been outstanding from initial contact through and including inspection. And took the time to answer ALL my questions regarding chemicals & application.

Our process for reliable bed bug relief in Davis.

Here is exactly what happens when you call Official Pest Prevention.

Our local pest experts start by thoroughly inspecting your Davis home, looking for telltale signs like rust-colored stains on mattresses or tiny hiding spots in headboards.

We treat the problem at the source, applying liquid and aerosol solutions to bed frames and molding, while carefully dusting the inner box spring for a lasting barrier.

A follow-up visit two weeks later applies an insect growth regulator that stops the life cycle. This visit is billed at $150 per room under the 30-day warranty.

Davis pest control FAQs

Get a free inspection when you book a pest control service.

How much do we charge for bed bug control in Davis California?

Our bed bug treatments in Davis start at $295 per room, with a two-room minimum of $590.

If you already have a regular pest control plan with us, the rate drops to $195 per room with a three-room minimum of $395.

The final cost depends on factors like the number of rooms affected and the severity of the problem, which we determine during a thorough inspection.

What happens if pests come back after my bed bug control in Davis?

Our standard pest services work safely around kids and pets. Bed bug treatments in Davis are handled differently because they require stronger products. Treated areas must stay empty for a minimum of 4 hours. We provide a full walkthrough of the process before we come out.

How fast can you come out to my home in Davis for bed bug control service?

We can typically have a state-experienced inspector at your Davis home for a bed bug evaluation within 24 to 48 hours of your call.

October and the fall season can be a busy time, so we encourage you to reach out soon to get the first available appointment.

Our team will follow up within two hours during the business day to understand your situation and schedule that critical first inspection.

You are in good hands, and we will get you on the path to a bed bug-free home right away.

What happens if pests come back after my bed bug control service in Davis?

A follow-up visit two weeks after treatment applies an insect growth regulator that stops the breeding cycle.

Should you find live bugs within the 30-day warranty window, retreatment is available at $150 per room.

Our goal is to make sure you feel completely comfortable in your Davis home again.

Are your pest control treatments kid and pet-friendly?

With fall travel increasing in October, we want to ensure your family stays secure during the bed bug treatment process.

Because these treatments are intensive, they are not recommended for occupied rooms while the application is active.

For example, we require that all treated areas remain closed and unoccupied for at least four hours to let the products dry completely.

We will guide you through every step to restore your peace of mind securely. We tailor this approach for Davis homes and their surrounding environment.
