Brian V came today on time. Cleared all the webs, dust off the house. Checked all my boxes removing dead mouse and reset the trap as well as refilled boxes. I was very pleased. He was friendly and talked to me.

Steve L. was especially helpful as he explained mosquito control. Given the method he uses, I decided I didn’t want SoBe to possibly being exposed to a toxin.

He recommended contacting the Mosquito Abatement District to look for options since they already are treating the neighborhood. Having experienced West Nile, I don’t consider mosquitos beneficial insects. No, it is not lost on me that we have pest control, largely because of rodents that find our neighborhood desirable. We minimally treat the perimeter of our house to keep them at bay.

Brian did a fantastic job with our pest control! He sprayed the front and back of our house, and by the very next day, there were piles of dead cockroaches. Whatever he used is working. We’ve never seen results this fast! My family and I are so thankful for how effective the treatment has been. Highly recommend Brian for anyone dealing with pests. He really knows what he’s doing.

Dave was able to come out the same day I called and requested an inspection. Although he was 15 minutes late he made up for it by spending the time to answer all my questions regarding chemicals to be used, processes used to get rid of termites. Official pest prevention has been outstanding from initial contact through and including inspection. And took the time to answer ALL my questions regarding chemicals & application.

Our process for keeping Antioch homes free of ants.

Here is exactly what happens when you call Official Pest Prevention.

We start by inspecting your Antioch home for trails along exterior walkways and windows where ants often seek warmth during these warm October days.

For example, our local pest experts apply targeted treatments to the base of the house and inside garbage cans to stop the infestation at its source.

We finish with essential pest management steps like dewebbing eaves up to 25 feet high to give you lasting peace of mind.

How much do we charge for ant control in Antioch California?

Ant control service in Antioch starts at $350 for a single visit, while our recurring protection plans begin with a $149 initial treatment.

With fall’s arrival, ants become more active in their search for food and water, which can influence the type of treatment needed to fully protect your home.

The final cost depends on factors like the size of your property, the specific type of ant, and whether you choose a one-time service or an ongoing plan for year-round peace of mind.

Persistent pests between scheduled treatments in Antioch? We come back to address it, and you won’t pay an extra fee.

How fast can you come out to my home in Antioch for ant control service?

While Antioch is currently just outside of our standard service area, we understand how frustrating an ant invasion can be, especially during the fall.

We are always growing, so please feel no-cost to call our office to see if we have recently expanded service into your neighborhood.

What happens if pests come back after my ant control service in Antioch?

Are your pest control treatments kid and pet-friendly?

With fall ant colonies waking up this October, we prioritize the securety of your little ones and furry friends by using products that are secure once dry.

Your peace of mind is our goal, so we ensure effective results without compromising securety.
