Steve L. was especially helpful as he explained mosquito control.  Given the method he uses, I decided I didn’t want SoBe to possibly being exposed to a toxin. He recommended contacting the Mosquito Abatement District to look for options since they already are treating the neighborhood.  Having experienced West Nile, I don’t consider mosquitos beneficial insects.  No, it is not lost on me that we have pest control, largely because of rodents that find our neighborhood desirable. We minimally treat the perimeter of our house to keep them at bay.

Brian did a fantastic job with our pest control! He sprayed the front and back of our house, and by the very next day, there were piles of dead cockroaches. Whatever he used is working. Dave was able to come out the same day I called and requested an inspection.  Although he was 15 minutes late he made up for it by spending the time to answer all my questions regarding chemicals to be used, processes used to get rid of termites. Official pest prevention has been outstanding from initial contact  through and including inspection.   And took the time to answer ALL my questions regarding chemicals & application.

Most of our customers are at work when we show up. As long as the exterior is accessible (gates unlocked, pets secured), we’ll take care of everything. For interior treatments, just let us know and we’ll work around your schedule.
